Authentic Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar.

Welcome to Genki Japanese Restaurant. We would like to tell you a little about the name of our restaurant.

The translation of “Genki” is “good health”. To ask how someone is doing in Japanese, it is common to say, “0 Genki Desuka,” meaning “Are you in good health?” The original meaning of “Genki” is “vital health” or “ki”.

We have provided many ways in our restaurant for you to receive this “Genki”. Our most important contribution is the pi-water that we use. Pi-water has bio-energy similar to that of a body of water. Pi-water also supports living tissues, has benefits like that of anti-oxidants and contains more oxygen than conventional water. It is an excellent drinking and cooking water.

In addition to our use of pi-water, we do not use MSG or chemicals when preparing our food. We use mineral rich sea salt. Everything we make is homemade, including our sauces. We hope that you enjoy your visit and food in a “Genki” atmosphere!
